no show/LATE CANCELLATION policy

All New Guests to the salon need to put a credit card number down on file. They will not be charged a deposit upon booking a reservation. 

Kindly provide 36 hour advanced notice before any change to your session or rescheduling a time slot. Failure to provide 36 hour notice will result monetarily in 50% of the session fee value. Based on the current laws and regulations, any falsely reported session fees to the charged credit card company as fraudulent will result in additional fees and future refusal of sessions.

Emergency Situations: There is an exemption to this policy if clients need to change their appointment or cancel due to emergency or physical sickness.

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE PAPERLESS TRANSACTIONS

Receipts are attained via email or text message due to COVID. We have gone completely paperless. All transactions are recorded through video surveillance.
