no show/LATE CANCELLATION policy
All New Guests to the salon need to put a credit card number down on file. They will not be charged a deposit upon booking a reservation. Clients will have to give at least 48 hours prior notice to any appointment changes (cancellations and reschedules).
In the event of a “no show,” missed appointment due to tardiness, and or last-minute cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the price of your total service.
Emergency Situations: There is an exemption to this policy if clients need to change their appointment or cancel due to emergency or physical sickness.
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE PAPERLESS TRANSACTIONS
Receipts are attained via email or text message due to COVID. We have gone completely paperless. All transactions are recorded through video surveillance.
